Nick Clark, Owner and Certified Professional Inspector at StructSure Home Inspections

Meet Nick Clark

Inspector, educator, and your second set of eyes before you buy.

I'm an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® and a fully insured home inspector serving Fredericton, Oromocto, and nearby communities. With a background in construction and renovation, I focus on how homes age, where costly issues usually hide, and what matters most before conditions come off.

I work for you only. Not the seller. Not the listing pressure. My role is to give you a practical, honest picture of the property so you can move forward with confidence.

How StructSure Started

A friend bought his first home and called me after everything went wrong at once: a wet basement, heating trouble, and unsafe-looking wiring. The excitement of buying quickly turned into stress and expensive decisions.

Helping him through that situation made one thing obvious: many buyers are making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with incomplete information. StructSure was built to close that gap and make inspection results easier to understand and use.

What Motivates My Work

Buying a home should feel exciting, not uncertain. I do not use scare tactics and I do not sugarcoat. You get plain language, evidence, and priorities that help you plan your next step whether that means proceeding, renegotiating, or walking away.

What Makes StructSure Different
